  • Vitamin water is a healthy alternative to soda, because it contains roughly half the calories that any soda contains, and also it contains vitamins.
  • Vitamin water is better than sports drinks because when it comes to the nutritional facts, vitamin water has many more positive effects, and no side effects, compare to a sports drink, which is really high on sugar, and can cause side effects to the human body.
  • Vitamin Water has many different flavors compared to any other bottled water drink.

Weaknesses: 

  • A huge weakness for Vitamin Water is that the price is very high. It's a disadvantage because people know that they can just get water from their house, or bottled water for a cheaper price.
  • The vitamins provided in the Vitamin water are usually unnecessary because most people get them in their regular diet.
  • Vitamin water contains a lot of calories, it contains less then soda, but more than regular water.

  • Older consumers are looking for products that can give them an extra energy boost, and will make them feel much younger and healthier.
  • Over the years Vitamin has been trending and also has been becoming more popular.
  • In some school boards, soda drinks are being banned, and this is a perfect opportunity for Vitamin to come in because it is a healthy drink for the consumers.

Threats: 

  • Aquafina is a big threat to Vitamin Water because they are already a well known brand, and they were number 1 bottled brand in 2003.
  • Propel is well known to prevent dehydration, and they are known for their research and quality of their product.
  • Snapple has a unique variety of flavors, which are inspired by natures super fruits. Each one of the flavors have a different benefit which attracts many consumers.
  • Life water is known to only have 35 calories per serving, and they also have very good ingredients in their product which makes them unique and very competitive. 
  • Fiji Water is known for their pure taste and contains various minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and silica. These minerals are only found in spring waters which are not very common and are very hard to find, therefore this acquired taste, people enjoy much more then just any other regular or flavored water.
